How long does it take to ship my surfboard?
In-stock boards typically ship within 2-4 business days. Custom orders or boards involving specialized tech like Helium or Linear Flex Technology may take 4-6 weeks for production and delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most coastal regions worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on the board's dimensions.
What is your return policy on surfboards?
We accept returns on unused boards in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that once a board has been waxed or used in the water, it is no longer eligible for return.
Are fins included with the purchase of a board?
To allow riders to customize their setup, our surfboards are sold without fins. However, all boards come equipped with either FCS II or Futures fin boxes.
How do I know which volume is right for me?
We recommend using our online Volume Calculator, which takes into account your weight, fitness level, and the type of waves you plan to surf to find your ideal liter range.
What should I do if my board arrives damaged?
Please inspect your board immediately upon arrival. If there is shipping damage, document it with photos and contact our support team within 24 hours so we can initiate a claim and replacement.
