At Firewire Surfboards, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your unused surfboard or accessories in the original shipping box, ensuring all protective padding is in place to prevent transit damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
